Method
 

Dough Preparation

  2. Combine flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and salt in a mixer.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, egg, and butter; mix until soft and slightly sticky.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1½ to 2 hours.
Filling Preparation
  1. Mix brown sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Roll and Shape
  1. Roll the risen dough into a thin rectangle, spread butter, and add filling.
  2. Roll tightly, cut into 9-11 pieces, and arrange in a greased baking dish.
Final Rise and Bake
  1. Let rolls rise for 30–60 minutes, then preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Glazing
  1. Whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and heavy cream until smooth.
  2. Pour glaze over warm rolls after baking.
