Method
- In a blender, combine the light rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and half of the crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a glass, filling it about halfway.
- Rinse the blender, then add the dark rum, strawberry puree, lime juice, and the remaining crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
- Carefully pour the strawberry mixture on top of the coconut layer in the glass to create a layered effect.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and pineapple wedges. Serve immediately.
