Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 2 ounces dark rum
  • 1 ounce coconut cream
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce strawberry puree fresh or frozen
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Fresh strawberries and pineapple wedges for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the light rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and half of the crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass, filling it about halfway.
  3. Rinse the blender, then add the dark rum, strawberry puree, lime juice, and the remaining crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the strawberry mixture on top of the coconut layer in the glass to create a layered effect.
  5. Garnish with fresh strawberries and pineapple wedges. Serve immediately.
