Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your baking dish by lining an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Melt over low-medium heat, stirring for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Fold in crushed cookies and mini chocolate chips until well mixed.
  4. Pour fudge mixture into the baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs and additional mini chocolate chips, pressing gently.
  5. Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 1-2 hours. For best results, cover and set overnight.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge out using parchment paper and slice into 1-inch squares.
