Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and shape into a loaf.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until cooked through, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until golden brown.
- Add flour and stir for 2 minutes, then gradually whisk in broth and cream, thickening for 5-7 minutes.
- Once done, let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with gravy.
