Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll one tube of refrigerated crescent rolls and lay the dough evenly across the bottom.
- Parbake the crust for about 10 minutes until it is lightly golden.
- Layer the corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut evenly over the crust.
- Open the second tube of crescent rolls and cover the filling, sealing the edges by pinching the dough.
- Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired. Bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the Reuben Squares to cool for a few minutes before slicing them into squares.
