Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Create pockets in each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
  3. Mix shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each chicken pocket with the cheese mixture.
  5. Season the outside of each chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
  6. Sear the chicken in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Remove the toothpicks and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
