- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Create pockets in each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
- Mix shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Stuff each chicken pocket with the cheese mixture.
- Season the outside of each chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
- Sear the chicken in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the toothpicks and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
