- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray. 
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined. 
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides, then place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. 
- Brush the orange glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet, reserving some for later. 
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through. 
- In the last 2 minutes of baking, brush the salmon with the reserved glaze for extra flavor. 
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
