Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, fresh orange juice, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the orange teriyaki sauce mixture over the salmon, ensuring the fillets are well coated.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the salmon for added flavor and moisture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
