Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or line with mini paper liners.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with batter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
