Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or line with mini paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until blended.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
