- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until they start to dry out.
- Blot the pepperoni with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
- Transfer the slices to a food dehydrator at the appropriate temperature and dehydrate for about 4 hours.
- Allow to cool completely at room temperature and store in airtight bags.
