Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the very ripe bananas in a medium mixing bowl until smooth, leaving a few small lumps for texture.
  3. Stir in the smooth peanut butter or almond butter until blended with the mashed bananas. Then add the protein powder and cocoa powder; mix until smooth.
  4. Set out 8 silicone baking cups in a muffin tin and divide the brownie batter among the cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of the batter in each cup.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Tops should appear set and firm.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the cups for 15–20 minutes before popping them out.
