- Rinse strawberries under cool water and dry them completely with a paper towel.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted candy, allowing excess to drip off, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Once the coating has set, reserve some melted candy and pipe vertical ridges on the strawberries.
- Crush chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and scatter on a tray for the base.
- Press each dipped strawberry into the cookie crumbs to create a decorative display.
