  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice Can omit if using flavored electrolyte powder
  • 1 scoop Electrolyte Powder Customize with your favorite flavor
For Molding
  • 1 piece Silicone Mold Any silicone mold works, or use muffin tins

Equipment

  • small saucepan
  • silicone molds

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, pour in 1 cup of water, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin evenly over the surface. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to bloom before whisking it gently.
  2. Place the saucepan over low heat, whisking continuously until the mixture turns into a clear liquid, about 3–5 minutes.
  3. Once the gelatin mixture is fully dissolved, transfer the liquid to a measuring cup and whisk in 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice and your favorite electrolyte powder.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into your silicone molds, filling each compartment evenly. Place the molds onto a flat surface in your refrigerator.
  5. Allow the filled silicone molds to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until they feel firm to the touch.
  6. Once set, gently flex the silicone molds to pop out the gummies and store any extras in an airtight container in the fridge.
