Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, stirring until well blended.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring until fully incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
