- Boil ½ cup of water in a small saucepan, stir in honey if using, steep the white tea bag for 10 minutes, then mix in ½ cup of ice to cool and steep for an additional 10 minutes.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a large pitcher, removing any seeds. Pour the cooled tea into the pitcher.
- Slowly pour guava juice into the pitcher with the tea and lemon mixture, gently stirring to combine.
- Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon or mint leaves before serving.
