  • 1/4 cup grass-fed gelatin substitute with agar-agar for vegan option
  • 2 cups hot water do not exceed 190°F
  • 2-3 limes limes adjust based on desired acidity
  • 3/4 cup raw honey can be replaced with maple syrup for vegan diets
  • 1 cup cold water
For the Nutrient Boost
  • 1/4 teaspoon spirulina or chlorella use based on preference

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of grass-fed gelatin with 2 cups of hot water. Stir vigorously for 2-3 minutes until fully dissolved.
  2. Allow the gelatin mixture to cool until it's warm to the touch, about 10 minutes.
  3. Incorporate 3/4 cup of raw honey into the gelatin mixture and stir for about 2 minutes until uniform.
  4. Squeeze juice from 2-3 fresh limes into the gelatin mixture and stir until fully integrated.
  5. Mix 1/4 teaspoon of spirulina or chlorella with 1 cup of cold water until completely dissolved.
  6. Slowly pour the cold aquatic greens mixture into the gelatin mixture, stirring constantly for about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Pour the mixture into molds or a glass container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  8. Once set, remove from molds and serve chilled.
