- In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of grass-fed gelatin with 2 cups of hot water. Stir vigorously for 2-3 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Allow the gelatin mixture to cool until it's warm to the touch, about 10 minutes.
- Incorporate 3/4 cup of raw honey into the gelatin mixture and stir for about 2 minutes until uniform.
- Squeeze juice from 2-3 fresh limes into the gelatin mixture and stir until fully integrated.
- Mix 1/4 teaspoon of spirulina or chlorella with 1 cup of cold water until completely dissolved.
- Slowly pour the cold aquatic greens mixture into the gelatin mixture, stirring constantly for about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into molds or a glass container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Once set, remove from molds and serve chilled.
