  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Substitute avocado oil for a unique twist

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Slice off the top 1/4 inch of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the exposed garlic cloves and sprinkle salt on top.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Wrap the garlic bulb in aluminum foil, leaving the top open. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Check garlic for doneness; they should be soft and golden brown.
  6. Let the garlic cool for about 5 minutes.
  7. Squeeze the bulb to pop out the roasted cloves and enjoy.
