Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, season with black pepper and salt. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Add minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
