  • 1 tablespoon Dill Fresh or dried.
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano Fresh or dried.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the uncooked rice evenly across the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the rice, ensuring it's evenly distributed without stirring.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pat the chicken breasts dry, drizzle olive oil over them, and place atop the rice.
  6. Spread the tzatziki sauce generously over the chicken breasts.
  7. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  8. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
