  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Use Halal-certified if necessary
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1-2 tsp Sriracha Adjust for heat
For the Chipotle Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Chipotle Mayo Creamy blend of mayonnaise and chipotle sauce
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped, optional
  • 1 piece Lime Juiced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if making homemade tostadas. Arrange tostadas on a platter if using store-bought.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely diced tuna, chopped green onions, and diced cucumber. Drizzle in soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sriracha, and fold gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise with chipotle sauce until smooth. Adjust spice level if needed.
  4. Spoon the tuna tartare mixture onto each tostada, top with diced avocado and drizzle chipotle mayo. If desired, sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
