Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground breakfast sausage until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in the all-purpose flour, stirring for 1-2 minutes until combined. Gradually add the whole milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cut each refrigerated biscuit into quarters and arrange evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Pour the gravy evenly over the biscuit pieces. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, a splash of milk, salt, and pepper, then pour over the biscuits and gravy.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
