Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and bell peppers in oil for 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Add the seafood mix and Cajun seasoning to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3–5 minutes until shrimp is pink.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in cream, and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Line a pie dish with the bottom crust, pour in the seafood filling, cover with the top crust, and seal edges.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
