  • 1 cup Cream use low-fat for a lighter version
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning adjust according to heat preference
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers finely chopped
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
For the Crust
  • 1 each Pie Crust store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and bell peppers in oil for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  3. Add the seafood mix and Cajun seasoning to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3–5 minutes until shrimp is pink.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir in cream, and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Line a pie dish with the bottom crust, pour in the seafood filling, cover with the top crust, and seal edges.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
