- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. 
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the brown rice according to package instructions if not already cooked. 
- Once the chicken is done, assemble the bowls. Start with a base of brown rice, then top with the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and sliced avocado. 
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped cilantro over the top, then drizzle with lime juice before serving.
