Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey until smooth. Set aside to chill.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Once hot, cook ground turkey for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and sea salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle corn starch over the mixture, stir well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes until glossy and thickened. Optionally stir in 2 tablespoons of Bang Bang sauce.
  5. To serve, spoon rice into bowls, top with turkey mixture, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and add desired toppings.
