- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey until smooth. Set aside to chill.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Once hot, cook ground turkey for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and sea salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle corn starch over the mixture, stir well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes until glossy and thickened. Optionally stir in 2 tablespoons of Bang Bang sauce.
- To serve, spoon rice into bowls, top with turkey mixture, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and add desired toppings.
