Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground Italian pork sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 8 minutes or until browned.
  2. While the sausage is cooking, cut the wonton wrappers into triangles for uniform chips. Heat vegetable or canola oil over medium heat until it reaches around 350°F (175°C).
  3. Carefully add the wonton triangles to the hot oil, frying in batches for approximately 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
