Preparation Steps

  3. Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped fresh rosemary until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 450°F and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball. Let it rest for 30 minutes covered.
  7. Transfer the dough onto parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with extra sea salt. Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  8. Cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
