- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sea salt, and instant yeast. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- Slowly pour in the warm water while gently stirring with a spatula until the dough comes together.

- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450°F and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
