Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the softened butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add water, stirring until a cohesive dough forms that is moist but not sticky.
- Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the dough to about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Transfer the cut shapes to the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
- Lightly sprinkle sea salt on top of each cracker if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, checking frequently around the 15-minute mark until edges are golden brown.
