  • 3 cloves garlic freshly minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger freshly grated
For the Finishing Touch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil optional but recommended
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust for personal heat preference

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook Noodles: Begin by boiling a pot of water according to package directions. Once boiling, add LoMein noodles and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
  2. Sauté Pork: In a large skillet, heat peanut oil over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and sliced green onions, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Make Sauce: Whisk together chicken broth, mirin, dark soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha in a small bowl.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Once pork is cooked, reduce heat to medium and add drained noodles, coleslaw mix, and sauce; gently toss together for about 2 minutes.
  5. Toss and Finish: Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve hot, garnished with remaining green onions.
