  • 1 pack Bean Sprouts Approximately 3 cups.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger. Set aside once mixed.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Stir frequently for about 5–7 minutes until completely browned.
  3. Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Raise the heat to medium-high and add 1 cup of julienned carrots. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add 2 cups of shredded cabbage and 3 cups of bean sprouts, tossing everything together. Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the prepared sauce over the mixture, stirring to coat evenly. Heat through for about 1 minute.
  7. Serve immediately over a bed of rice or noodles.
