- Prepare all ingredients: peel and devein shrimp, trim and cut asparagus, and slice mushrooms.
- In a bowl, marinate shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt for about 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger in the hot oil for about 30 seconds.
- Add marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
