  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots Can substitute with bell peppers
  • 1 cup Shredded Red Cabbage Green cabbage works if preferred
  • 1 chopped Red Bell Pepper Any bell pepper variety can be used
  • 2 pieces Green Onions Thinly sliced; red onion can be an alternative
  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas Can use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas

Method
 

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.

  4. Optionally, heat the tortillas for easier rolling.
