Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your kitchen to a comfortable setting. Slice the pitted medjool dates lengthwise and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Gently press down on each date to flatten them to about half an inch thick.
  3. Spread a generous layer of peanut butter over each smashed date.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-30 second intervals, stirring to prevent burning. Drizzle melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle flaky salt over the chocolate layer.
