- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides. 
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 
- In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and diced onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the onions are translucent. 
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well. 
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken. 
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden. 
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
