Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add 2 large eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition, then blend in 3 ripe, mashed bananas, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of milk.
