Step-by-Step Instructions for Starbucks Medicine Ball
  1. Gather all your ingredients: fresh lemon, ginger, coconut water, honey, and mint tea.
  2. Peel a piece of fresh ginger and finely grate about one teaspoon.
  3. In your blender, combine the grated ginger, juice of half a lemon, and one cup of coconut water. Blend until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
  5. Brew a cup of mint tea, usually steeping for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add two frozen Medicine Ball cubes to the steeped mint tea and stir until they melt.
