- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until browned, then cool for 10 minutes.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooled butter and light brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest, mixing until combined.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, then add dried cranberries and chopped white chocolate.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until edges are golden and center is set.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add confectioners' sugar and orange juice until creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled bars and sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries.
- Melt additional white chocolate and drizzle over the frosted bars.
- Chill the bars in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before slicing.
