Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x11-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
  3. Melt butter, combine with sugars, add eggs and vanilla, then blend in dry ingredients, and fold in cranberries and white chocolate.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar, then add orange zest.
  6. Spread frosting on cooled blondies, sprinkle with cranberries, and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then cut into bars.
