Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 cups ice

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, coconut cream, white rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the ice and blend again until the mixture is slushy and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired.
  5. Pour the daiquiri into chilled glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry or a lime wedge if desired.
