Ingredients

  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, coconut milk, banana, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend again until the mixture is frosty and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
