  • 1/4 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 cups ice

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, white rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and ice.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water or more lime juice to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more simple syrup if needed.
  4. Pour the daiquiri into chilled glasses.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges and strawberry slices. Serve immediately.
