- In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined. 
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart. 
- Freeze the yogurt bites for at least 2-3 hours or until solid. 
- Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
