Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites: A Delicious Healthy Snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  4. Freeze the yogurt bites for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
