Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare bell peppers by cutting off the tops and scooping out seeds.

  3. Stir in shredded chicken, teriyaki sauce, diced pineapple, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5-6 minutes until heated through.
  4. Add cooked rice to the mixture and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stuff the filling into the bell peppers and drizzle with olive oil. Place them in a baking dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender.
