- Prepare the Bundt Pan: Spray a large 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Macerate the Strawberries: Combine chopped strawberries with granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Allow to sit for 1-2 hours.
- Prepare the Dough: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut biscuit dough into wedges. Melt butter and dip each biscuit piece, then coat with granulated sugar.
- Layering: Layer biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, adding half of the macerated strawberries in between layers.
- Bake: Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown, reaching an internal temperature of 190°F.
- Cool & Invert: Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
- Prepare Frosting: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in pureed strawberries and vanilla extract.
