In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips and pecan halves until evenly distributed.
Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the pie cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before slicing.
