- Preheat your oven to 350°F. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined. 
- Stir in the chocolate chips and pecan halves until evenly distributed. 
- Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust. 
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 
- Let the pie cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before slicing. 
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
