- In a medium bowl, mix together 1 can of coconut milk and 2-3 tablespoons of yellow Thai curry paste until smooth. Stir vigorously and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out your pizza dough into an 11-inch round shape, about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread the prepared yellow curry sauce evenly across the pizza dough. Layer on the bell peppers, carrot ribbons, and red onion. Sprinkle cheese on top.
