Step-by-Step Instructions for Thai Curry Pizza
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together 1 can of coconut milk and 2-3 tablespoons of yellow Thai curry paste until smooth. Stir vigorously and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out your pizza dough into an 11-inch round shape, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread the prepared yellow curry sauce evenly across the pizza dough. Layer on the bell peppers, carrot ribbons, and red onion. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Transfer the assembled pizza onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake in the oven for 9-11 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
