- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls horizontally and place them in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and spread on the bottom rolls.
- Layer shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese slices on the bottom rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese layer and press down slightly.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, and parsley in a bowl. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for a brief moment before slicing and serve warm.
