Method
 

Baking Instructions

  3. Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a stand mixer for 2 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well, then add milk.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until edges are golden, rotating halfway through.
  8. Cool on baking sheets for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
