  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Enhances flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder For depth of flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, crumble well-drained firm tofu and add plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until creamy.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
  4. Fold the sautéed vegetables into the tofu mixture until well combined.
  5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread the tofu and veggie mix evenly. Layer frozen tater tots on top.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
