  • 2 cups lemonade store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and maraschino cherries for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a separate pitcher, mix the lemonade and maraschino cherry juice until well combined.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemonade mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.
  4. Serve the whipped pink lemonade over ice cubes in tall glasses.
  5. Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry on top.
