Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  4. In the second bowl, combine 4 drops each of red and blue food dye.

  8. Place the baking dish in the freezer and allow it to freeze for 4 hours.
